Events at the Simmons House
The Simmons House at Greenwood Triangle is the perfect space to host, gather, and enjoy! We pride ourselves in being a one stop shop when it comes to event planning. Our goal is to ma ke the planning process as easy as possible. Each rental includes access to:

One thing that sets the Simmons House apart from the rest is the beautiful accommodations on site. The main house is the perfect place for a bride and her bridal party to stay before the big day. The upstairs sleeps 11 total. The bridal suite is an elegant retreat for the bride to rest and catch up on her beauty sleep! The "get ready room" is every bride's dream! Equipped with salon chairs, a make-up station, and large floor to ceiling mirrors, brides will love getting ready to walk down the aisle!

We didn't forget about the groom! The gentlemen's quarters is settled just behind the main house in the home's original garage. It has been completely renovated into a warm and inviting space! The groom and his buddies will surely enjoy the big screen TV, leather sofas, and spacious bar area. The groom has his own space to decompress while the rest of the guys will enjoy their own area upstairs with individual bunks. In total, the gentlemen's quarters will house 12 total!

Another feature we have to offer is the parent's suite! It is a one bed, one bathroom apartment overlooking the beautiful vines in the backyard.

Full weekend rentals are required for our peak wedding months, February-June and September-December.
We do offer day of rentals during weekends in the months of January, July, and August at a discounted rate!

While we specialize in boutique weddings, we also are the perfect space for corporate events, reunions, you name it. Ask us about our weekday and hourly rentals!
